TDK-Lambda introduces the NVM175 range of medically-approved AC-DC power supplies. Combining 4.5kVac reinforced input to output isolation with dual fusing and an output-to-ground isolation of 1500Vac, the NVM175 meets UL/EN/IEC60601-1 and is suitable for use in BF type medical applications. Offered in a 5” x 3” footprint with less than 1U height, the new NVM175 supplies have universal ac input and are rated at 180W at 50°C with customer air. Leakage current is less than 200µA at 264Vac/63Hz surpassing worldwide medical equipment requirements. It is equally suitable for many other applications including broadcast, instrumentation, routers, servers and security networks, as well as ATE and automation equipment. The NVM175 is available with either 12 or 24V output voltage (with 12V/0.2A standby). As well as the impressive technical performance, the NVM175 meets TDK-Lambda’s design brief for environmentally responsible products by achieving up to 90% efficiency, less than 1W standby power and RoHS and REACH compliance. Other standard features include a power good signal, remote on/off, remote sense and protection from over current, over voltage and over temperature conditions. Products in the TDK-Lambda NVM175 range meet Class B conducted and radiated EMC EN55011 and EN55022. All models have TDK-Lambda’s three-year warranty, as well as EN/IEC/UL/CSA 60601-1, EN/IEC/UL/CSA60950-1 and CE approvals. |

TDK-Lambda has developed a new range of power supplies specifically targeted towards LED applications requiring high reliability. Perfectly suited for all indoor and outdoor LED lighting installations, as well as digital signage and industrial applications, these 12W supplies are IP66-rated and accept a wide universal AC input. The new LED power supplies are available in two output modes – the LDV12 series provides a constant voltage of 12V, 15V and 24V and the LDC12 series provides a constant current of 350mA and 700mA. Both series are convection cooled, operating between -10 and +60°C without derating, with a guaranteed start up at -20°C and an output efficiency of 82%. The program completes Multicomponents program of fans and blowers together with DC fans and blowers from Nidec. Cooltron offers abroad program of DC fans from 20x20mm to 172x172mm.
